Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

– Blankets: 2-3 working days
– Necklace: 3–5 Working Days

In the United States of America :
– Shipping time: 5 to 12 business days
– Flat rate : Economy 5.99$
The above timeframes only apply to orders arriving in the United – States with standard shipping (“day” here means “business day”)
– The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframes we give above. However, the above time periods are approximate and may vary from case to case. Some items/orders may require a longer shipping and/or delivery timeframe.
– Due to unforeseen delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers and delivery companies, there may be slight delays in deliveries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
– Holiday Delivery: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially during peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship… We’re sorry for the inconvenience. this inconvenience and hope that you can understand us.
– International Orders: It may take extra days if the order has to go through customs. We do not affect the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays caused by this.
I never received my package, what should I do?
– Many times your package will be due at the local post office or there is a missed delivery.
For orders in the US, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or request to resend the order. If it is less than 30 days and tracking data is showing, please wait patiently until the package has a chance to arrive.

Is it possible to deliver orders to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items to be delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
Do you provide delivery to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
Orders shipped to APO addresses are made through DHL Globalmail and then forwarded to USPS for final delivery (via the military mail system). Shipments to APO can take up to 45 days to arrive.
Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking will stop updating for military security reasons. This means we can no longer display your order and cannot provide tracking information.
Will I be charged VAT?
Items shipped internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivery Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Tax). All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the destination country, your package may be subject to local customs fees or VAT. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information about your country’s customs policy.
